My experience with 4.5 Elite Auto Detailing was spectacular from beginning to end. The owner worked with me- AND my time frame- and did an unbelievable job getting my car back in sparkling condition. Honestly, I hadn’t seen my car this clean since it was brand new. The work he did was important because I was getting my car ready to trade in. John was amazing. I was on vacation in NOLA , of course I had to grab some gumbo. It smelled so good , I couldn’t wait to eat it. I spilled the entire container of seafood gumbo in my rental car. The next day I called Category 4.5 and they were there in a jiffy. The rental car seats were badly stained and the car smelled horrible!!! By the time John was done , you couldn’t tell there was a seafood catastrophe. I am very much grateful to have chosen this company. Will use in the future if I’m ever in the area. Thank you !
