John was amazing. I was on vacation in NOLA , of course I had to grab some gumbo. It smelled so good , I couldn’t wait to eat it. I spilled the entire container of seafood gumbo in my rental car. The next day I called Category 4.5 and they were there in a jiffy. The rental car seats were badly stained and the car smelled horrible!!!
